Terms of Service

Welcome to 208 Lagree. By purchasing memberships, class packages, services, or attending classes at 208 Lagree, you agree to the following Terms of Service. 

1. Eligibility 

Participants must be at least 16 years of age to create an account and attend classes independently. Participants under 16 must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian. 

2. Health and Safety 

By participating in classes, you acknowledge that: 

  • Exercise involves inherent risks of injury. 

  • You are voluntarily participating in physical activity. 

  • You are responsible for consulting a physician before beginning any exercise program. 

  • You will notify instructors of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, or physical limitations prior to class. 

208 Lagree reserves the right to refuse participation if a client's health condition may create an unsafe environment for themselves or others. 

3. Memberships 

Recurring Memberships 

Memberships automatically renew each billing cycle until canceled in accordance with these Terms. 

Membership benefits, pricing, and included classes are subject to change with reasonable notice. 

Founding Memberships 

Founding Membership rates are available only during the designated Founding Membership enrollment period and require a minimum six (6) month commitment. After the initial 

commitment period, memberships will continue on a month-to-month basis unless canceled according to the cancellation policy. 

Founding Membership rates remain active only while the membership remains in good standing and continuous. If the membership is canceled or terminated, the Founding Membership rate may be forfeited. 

4. Class Packages 

Class packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be shared between clients unless otherwise stated in writing. 

Package expiration dates, if applicable, will be displayed at the time of purchase. 

5. Booking and Cancellation Policy 

Clients may reserve classes through the Studio's booking platform. 

Cancellation Window 

Classes must be canceled at least twelve (12) hours before the scheduled class start time. 

Late Cancellation 

Cancellations made within twelve (12) hours of class start time will result in: 

  • Loss of the class credit for package holders; or 

  • A late cancellation fee of $15 for unlimited membership holders. 

No-Show Policy 

Clients who fail to attend a reserved class without canceling will be charged: 

  • Loss of class credit for package holders; or 

  • A no-show fee of $20 for unlimited membership holders. 

Fees are subject to change with notice. 

6. Waitlist Policy 

Clients on a waitlist may be automatically added to class if a spot becomes available. 

If added to class, standard cancellation and no-show policies apply. 

It is the client's responsibility to monitor waitlist status and booking notifications. 

7. Arrival Policy 

For safety and class flow: 

  • Clients should arrive at least 5 minutes before class begins. 

  • Clients arriving after class has started may be denied entry. 

  • If a reserved client has not arrived by class start time, their spot may be released to a waitlisted client. 

8. Payments and Refunds 

All sales are final. 

Membership fees, class packages, retail purchases, workshops, and special events are non-refundable unless required by law. 

Returned payments, failed charges, or chargebacks may result in account suspension until balances are resolved. 

9. Membership Freeze 

Membership freezes may be granted for medical reasons, military deployment, or other circumstances approved by Studio management. 

Documentation may be required. 

Freeze requests must be submitted in writing before the requested freeze period begins. 

10. Membership Cancellation 

Membership cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least fourteen (14) days before the next billing date. 

Membership fees already charged are non-refundable. 

Any minimum commitment period must be completed before cancellation becomes effective. 

11. Studio Conduct 

208 Lagree is committed to providing a respectful and welcoming environment. 

The Studio reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships without refund for: 

  • Harassment of staff or clients 

  • Disruptive behavior 

  • Abuse of Studio policies 

  • Damage to Studio property 

  • Unsafe conduct during classes 

12. Personal Property 

208 Lagree is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. 

Clients are encouraged to keep valuables secured at all times. 

13. Photography and Marketing 

The Studio may occasionally take photographs or videos for marketing purposes. 

By attending classes, you consent to being photographed or recorded unless you provide written notice requesting exclusion. 

14. Limitation of Liability 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 208 Lagree, its owners, employees, contractors, and instructors shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from participation in Studio activities, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct. 

15. Changes to Terms 

208 Lagree reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the Studio website and become effective upon posting. 

1. Program Description 

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from 208 Lagree we at the mobile number you provided. Messages may include [appointment reminders, order updates, account alerts, promotional offers, customer support follow-ups, etc. — customize to your actual use case]. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase. 

2. Message Frequency 

You may receive up to [X] messages per [week/month]. Message frequency may vary depending on your activity and interactions with us. 

3. Message and Data Rates 

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan. 

4. How to Opt Out and Get Help 

You can unsubscribe the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. After you send STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent. If you want to rejoin, you can sign up again using the original opt-in method or reply START. For help or more information at any time, reply HELP to any of our messages. 5. Carrier Liability Disclaimer 

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
