THE WORKOUT

THE LAGREE METHOD

Lagree is a high-intensity, low-impact workout method designed to strengthen, sculp, and challenge the body through slow, controlled movement and constant muscular tension.

Performed on the Megaformer, this method combines elements of strength training, endurance, balance, core, stability, and cardio into one intentional, full-body experience. Think if pilates and body building had a baby!

Unlike traditional workouts that rely on speed or impact, Lagree focuses on prevision and time under tension... creating deep muscle fatigue while remaining gentle on the joints. Every movement is designed to activate multiple muscle groups at once, forcing the body to work as a connected system rather than isolating one individual area.

Slow shakes, elevated heart rate, and total-body engagement.
